Small Holiday Bath and Body Works Haul

December 5, 2015
Hello Hello Hello!
Since it’s the festive season I have been surrounding myself in the most festive scents out there at the moment. So like any other day, I went to Bath & Body Works. Right now they have the most amazing scents out. From cranberry to cloves you can pretty much find anything that you like and will suit your environment.
I picked up two medium sized candles, a hand soap, and a “new” fragrance. It’s an old scent, but still great for this time of year. What I like most about Bath &Body Works is that their scents really fill the air and sometimes just leaving the lid off the candles is enough!
I will leave links to the products at the end of the post if you want to check them out!
1) Forever Red is an old time favorite of mine. It is just the right balance between sweet and spicy. Also a perfect gift for any of your friends. The packaging is really beautiful as well. Here are the note descriptions from Bath & Body Works
Top Notes: Fiery Pomegranate, Rare French Peach, Luminous Apple
Mid Notes: Red Peony, Night Marigold, Red Osmanthus
Dry Notes: Rich Vanilla Rum, Velvety Marshmallow, Oak Wood

2) I have never personally went shopping for hand soap, until now. I suppose that means that I actually have to start “adulting”….damn. Out of all the scents I shoved my nose in, Iced White Pomegranate was by far my favorite. Also it’s a gentle foaming soap, so it feels quite nice. With the Vitamin E and the Aloe, this will keep those wintery hands soft and supple!
3) Candle time! This is WINTER! Now I was actually quite on the fence about this scent. In my opinion I believe that you either love this scent or you hate it. I love it, my mom hates it and that’s okay because I only burn it when she’s not here. It has a sweet yet outdoor scent and I keep it in my bathroom because it is very fresh as well. Here is the scent description:

Pine needles, icy mandarin & winter woods capture the magic of glittering icicles & sparkling snow.

4) Finally, the ultimate Christmas scent! Well in my opinion anyways. Vanilla Bean Noel just smells of baking cookies and it is very warm. I usually buy the three-wick candle and it travels around my house, but I decided to get the medium and burn it as much as possible. I have bought this scent in many other products as well and it never disappointing. Scent description:

A forever holiday favorite—a creamy blend of vanilla bean, rich cocoa, and sweet cream with a touch of caramel and brown sugar

I highly recommend getting scents for the holiday season. Can’t afford it? Boil some water with cinnamon and cloves on the stove and your house will smell amazing for sure!
Alright till next time!
Happy Holidays!
